Terms & Conditions ibc003 – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to ibc003. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the ibc003 platform accessible via ibc003.click, you automatically agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document, along with all supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Player", "Member", "You") and ibc003 as the platform operator ("ibc003", "We", "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register for or use ibc003's services.

To register and use the ibc003 platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Have never been instructed by ibc003 to close your account or been banned from the platform for a previous breach of terms.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion programme at ibc003 or any related platform.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration — including full name, identification number, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at ibc003. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation. Accounts registered in another individual's name or by a corporate entity on behalf of an individual are also not permitted.

Ibc003 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified threshold. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

You are fully responsible for keeping your ibc003 account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. ibc003 recommends that you:

Ibc003 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials. However, ibc003 will fully cooperate in the investigation of any reported unauthorised access and has an emergency account freeze procedure that players can activate through customer support.

Ibc003 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same player's name. ibc003 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from unrecognised sources may be returned or held until the source's identity can be verified. ibc003 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your own eWallet transaction limits may apply.

Ibc003 players may request a withdrawal at any time provided their account balance is sufficient and there are no active bonuses still subject to a rollover requirement. Withdrawal terms are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals to accounts in the same player's name only – no exceptions.
• Typical processing time: 5 to 30 minutes for eWallet; 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers via FPX.
• Ibc003 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing a first withdrawal or any amount exceeding RM10,000 in a single day.
• Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, etc.) are free of charge. A processing fee may apply for amounts exceeding certain daily limits.

Ibc003 reserves the right to suspend or place a hold on withdrawals in the following circumstances: when a fraud investigation is ongoing, when requested KYC documents have not yet been received, when suspicious activity is detected on the account, or when there is an overlap with another account suspected to be related. In such cases, ibc003 will notify the player by email and allow a reasonable period for the player to provide the required information.

Ibc003 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered members from time to time. All ibc003 bonuses and promotions are subject to their own wagering requirements and eligibility conditions as stated in each promotion's terms. The general principles that apply to all ibc003 promotions are as follows:

• Each promotion may only be claimed by one player, from one device, from one IP address, and from one bank account or eWallet.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Ibc003 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, exploitation, or a breach of terms.

The 10% weekly Live Casino cashback is credited every Monday based on net losses from Live Casino sessions during the previous Monday to Sunday period. The minimum net loss to qualify is RM50 in a week. There is no rollover requirement on cashback – it can be withdrawn directly.

• The results of all games are final once a round or match has concluded. No appeals against game results will be considered unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure (internet disruption, momentary server outage) during an active round, ibc003 will refund the bet amount to the player's account for any incomplete rounds.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a player confirms their bet are the applicable odds — not the odds during the match, unless it is a live betting wager.
• Bets on matches that are postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe will be refunded to players in accordance with the applicable sports rules.
• Ibc003 reserves the right to void any bets accepted as a result of a technical system error that caused incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibc003 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• The use of automation software (bots), scripts, or any technology that enables automated betting without human intervention.
• Player collusion to manipulate the outcome of Live Casino games or poker.
• Exploitation of technical bugs or system vulnerabilities — players who discover a bug are required to report it to ibc003 and must not exploit it.
• Money laundering or using the ibc003 platform to transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location or to access ibc003 from a restricted region.
• Any form of identity fraud, including registering using another individual's information without their consent.
• Attempts to exploit bonuses through hedge betting — placing wagers on opposing outcomes using bonus funds to satisfy rollover requirements without genuine risk.

Ibc003 uses an advanced monitoring system to detect suspicious betting patterns. Any account identified as engaging in the above activities will be suspended immediately and subjected to a thorough investigation before any final decision is made regarding the account balance.

Ibc003 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• False or inaccurate information provided during registration or the KYC process.
• Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or illegal financing.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the ibc003 support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any remaining balance after the deduction of ineligible bonuses will be returned to the player within 5 business days.

Ibc003 maintains the highest technically achievable standards for its platform, but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability at all times. Service disruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, external infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or events beyond ibc003's control shall not form the basis of any compensation claim by players.

Ibc003's liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. ibc003 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

• Loss Limit: The platform will automatically block new deposits once the loss limit you have set is reached within the relevant period.
• Cool-Off Period: Suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days to take a break from betting.
